SyamBandi is the founder and correspondent of BIS. He had a vision and desire to bring quality education to his hometown. He held nothing back, working from morning to night. Through his dedication and determination BIS stands as a beacon of education with international standards.

His love for his students is evident in everything he does. By taking time to get to know each individual student and invest in their lives he has pointed many to the road to success. Students have nothing but praise for his ability to show things from different perspectives; they feel that when he teaches they get a 360º understanding of the topic. They say that though he is strict in academics he gives them freedom to develop their own way of thinking and encourages them to ask questions and be themselves.

Melody Bandi is co-founder and director of BIS. She was born and raised in America and at the age of 25 left her family and friend to move to India. Not knowing what awaited her, she maintained one goal in her heart, to make a difference in the lives of the children of India. While studying TESL (Teaching English as a Second Language) alongside her other degrees her future was laid out. --- Not only would she teach English but she would impart the skills of communication along with the keys to unlock the hidden talents in each student, which would lead them to their destiny.

She not only teaches students, but she also trains teachers to develop their creativity and skills to draw out the best in their students as well as unlock their potential.
